Email Ordering
Please email on138@postnet.ca and include the following information below and we will send you an Order Confirmation Form for you to approve or make changes to. Please include;- The product name, product code, and the quantity you require.
- Your company name, shipping address and mailing address if different from shipping address.
- Purchasers name, telephone# (include Ext.) and fax#.
All Featured Products are high quality promotional merchandise
The only thing cheap about our featured products is the price! Our Featured Promotional Products are not discontinued items or end run products as the incredibly low pricing might suggest. The featured product promotional items are either New or Current promotional products that are popular and have been sourced in quantities so we can offer them to our Customers as discounted promotional products with super cheap promotional products pricing.All Featured Promotional Product prices include a one-location, one-color imprint or laser engraving. There is no setup charge for any of the Featured Products!
Artwork
PLEASE NOTE: No Order will be sent to Production until the Customer has approved an Artwork Paper Proof for each order.Please send all Artwork to on138@postnet.ca. Please include;
- Your company name and order #.
- Camera-ready black and white or color separated artwork is required.
- Artwork Must be vector file and ready to print. All text must be in vector form. The following files are the most suitable: Adobe Illustrator CS2 in .ai or .eps format.
- Artwork that requires modifications for reproduction purposes, will incur minimum of $35.00 depending on the difficulty.
Shipping Charges
All orders for the United States are F.O.B. Buffalo NY.All Orders for Canada are F.O.B. Toronto, ON.
The most inexpensive way possible is arranged for delivery unless the Customer requests that different arrangements be made. The Final Shipping Cost will be on the Order Confirmation Form so there are no surprises.
How long does it take for delivery?
Every order is different and your Order Confirmation Form will have more specific details but it usually takes 10-12 Business days from Artwork Approval.WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY CARRIER(S). ALL PRODUCTS ARE THE CUSTOMER'S PROPERTY ONCE THE SHIPMENTS ARE PICKED UP BY THE CARRIER.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations can be made at no charge if done before artwork paper proof approval. Paper proof with 1 revision is free of charge.Returns
All returns must be authorized by TJB Promotions. An RA number (Return Authorization number) will be provided. No Credit or replacement products will be issued for items that are unavailable for return to factory.About Us
